The sweet shop announced any guest wearing a sticker indicating he or she voted will receive one free doughnut of choice Nov. 8 at participating U.S. shops. “We want to sweeten Election Day by saying ‘thank you’ to those who participate at the polls,” said Jackie Woodward, chief marketing officer of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, in a statement. “It has been a long election season, and we think a free treat is the perfect way to reward voters.”
